Refund policy

For all direct ship orders, please do the following upon arrival...

*Inspect box/boxes upon receiving. 

*Verify label on box to make sure that it matches your name and address.

*Upon opening the box, if you notice any damages, please report to us immediately. We work directly with our vendors, and in order to place claims, pictures of any damages and a photo of the label on the box are needed. 

*If a box is missing parts, hardware or has defected parts, please contact us so that we can gather information to place claim. 

*Each vendor carries different warranties, freight terms and policies.

*Opened boxes with no damages cannot be returned. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours. 

*In some cases, there may be the option to return, but return shipping fees will apply. Varies based upon each vendor.
